Wacha is a personal record-keeping tool. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when accuracy matters to you.

No financial transactions or advice

Wacha does not connect to financial institutions, hold funds or assets, transfer money, or place investment orders. Summaries and forecasts are informational estimates based on records you entered; they are not accounting, tax, legal, or regulated investment advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing records, backups, assistant-created entries, categories, prices, projections, and decisions made from them. Market prices can be delayed, unavailable, or replaced with the last recorded value.

Cloud and integrations

Cloud sync and connected assistants are optional. When enabled, service availability can be interrupted. You must authorize a supported client and may revoke access. Attempts to bypass access controls, scrape other users’ data, or use the service for unauthorized financial activity are prohibited.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wacha is not liable for financial loss, missed payments, trading decisions, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of informational records or projections. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
